Course participants will have the chance, throughout the 2 day course, to apply and discuss learning to their own research and practice. It is ideally suited to those who undertake participation work with children and young people, experienced researchers who are planning to undertake new research with children and young people, and postgraduates who are developing their fieldwork methods.

The International Training Centre of the ILO is pleased to announce the opening of registrations for the activity on “Developing skills and livelihood training programmes for older children in child labour” that will run from 21 to 25 November 2016 in Turin (Italy).

This course will provide practical guidance on how to design and implement skills and livelihood training for out-of-school adolescents with a focus on older out-of-school children in child labour, or children at risk of child labour.
