في زيارة خاطفة لاحدي قري بني سويف برئاسة جمال مبارك قامت بها لجنة السياسات بالحزب الوطني.. الزيارة استغرقت ساعات قليلة اعلن بعدها أن القرية ستصبح من القري المحصنة ضد الفقر. كما صور الاعلام الرسمي قرية «نانا» في بني سويف بأنها من القري المحظوظة.. جاء ذلك في اطار الاستعداد الاعلامي والتنظيمي للمؤتمر العام للحزب الوطني الذي سوف يعقد في نوفمبر القادم.

في العام الماضي تعهدت الدول الثماني الكبرى بتخفيض انبعاثات الكربون المؤدية الى الاحتباس الحراري بنسبة 05% بحلول عام 0502، وفي هذا العام اتفقت على تخفيض الانبعاثات دون الخوض بالتفاصيل والاهداف، والتي ربما تم تأجيلها للعام القادم!!

يطلقون صرخاتهم الاولى الما على ابتعادهم عن امهاتهم .... عاشوا في ارحام امهاتهم تسعة اشهر في آمان يشعرون بدقات قلوبهن ولا يدركون ما ينتظرهم من عذاب ابتعادهم عن امهاتهم .

فالحنان الطبيعي الذي يهبه الله عز وجل للأم لتغمر اطفالها به لن يجده الطفل الذي يولد لام تعيش في السجن فبعد لحظات قليلة من الولادة لتتولى المؤسسة رعايته .

حقوق الطفل وادارة المرور

حقوق الطفل في الوطن العربي موضوع مهم وخطير، ولا يمكن الاعتماد حرفيا على معايير هذه الحقوق عند الغرب لقياسها في الدول العربية ذلك لاعتبارات دينية واجتماعية وثقافية تختلف في الدول العربية عنها في الدول الغربية، ولكن هناك خطوط عامة رئيسة ومفاهيم لا تختلف باختلاف الديانات أو الحضارات أو الثقافات، ويتفق الجميع على انها حقوق للأطفال.
