This 4th World Congress will review key emerging issues, policies and practices that impact on the administration of justice in the family law area and on the rights of children and youth. </p>

      <p>To make the Day a global call for action, WWSF launched in 2001 an international NGO coalition that marks the World Day with appropriate events and activities to focus on and increase prevention education. </p>
