«В документе предусматривается, что ВИЧ-инфицированным разрешат усыновлять детей. Во-первых, это возможно, если человек принимает терапию. Кроме того, есть дети-отказники с ВИЧ-инфекцией. Почему же ВИЧ-инфицированный не может усыновить такого ребенка?» — отметил источник, знакомый с ходом обсуждения документа.
