لبنان يلغي مادة في قانون العقوبات تحمي المغتصب من العقاب

صوت مجلس النواب اللبناني، اليوم الأربعاء، بالموافقة على إلغاء المادة 522 في قانون العقوبات، التي تنص على أنه إذا عقد زواج بين مرتكب جرائم الاغتصاب، أو الخطف بغية الزواج وبين المعتدى عليها أُوقفت الملاحقة، وإذا صدر الحكم في القضية عُلِّق تنفيذ العقاب الذي فرض عليه.
