ACCESS TO JUSTICE: CRIN's submission for the OHCHR's report on article 13 of the CRPD

This submission focuses on access to justice for children under article 13 of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, addressing mechanisms around the world permitting children with disabilities to access remedies for violations of their rights. It also draws on our research on children in institutions to address mechanisms to enforce the rights of children in these facilities.
