European Social Charter complaints procedure briefing

Международная сеть по правам ребенка подготовила краткую информационную справку о механизме коллективных жалоб Европейской социальной хартии стран Совета Европы.

Данный механизм коллективных жалоб является все более используемым во многих странах Совета Европы, ратифицировавших Дополнительный протокол к Хартии о процедуре рассмотрения жалоб. Менее формальный процесс и широкий спектр охватываемых нарушений прав делает эту процедуру гораздо более доступной для организаций, желающих подать жалобу.
